Do you ship internationally?

What is your return policy?

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day your order is fulfilled to request a return. For our full Return Policy please click here.

How do I return an item?

  • To begin a return, visit our returns processing page by clicking here. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I track my return?

  • Yes! U.S. shoppers can use the tracking number on the provided pre-paid shipping label to trace their package back to us. If you used a different shipping label, please use the tracking number issued on that label to trace your package. If you are not returning from the U.S., you can track your return using the tracking number on the DHL International return label that was emailed to you when the return was put in place.

Can I exchange an item?

  • Yes! The quickest way to guarantee you receive what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is acquired, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What items are non-returnable?

  • All unworn items that were purchased at full price that are in new condition with tags and liners still attached can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No discounted items will be returnable.

What are the wash/care instructions for my swimsuit?

  • Hand Wash
  • Hang to Dry
  • Do Not Bleach
  • Do Not Iron
  • Do Not Dry Clean

What are Molliebird swimsuits made of?

  • Shell: 75% Nylon + 25% Spandex
  • Liner: 85% Nylon + 15% Spandex.

What do I do if I receive a faulty/incorrect item?

  • All claims for damaged shipments must be made within 72 hours of delivery to the point of destination. Please double check your order upon reception and contact us directly, if the item is defective, impaired or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the matter and make it right. Contact us by clicking here.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • We will inform you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was accepted or not. If accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to three weeks, depending on your bank or institution policies, to process and receive your refund.

How long before my order ships?

  • All Molliebird orders are shipped within 24 hours except orders placed on weekends, Holidays, and back stocked items.

Where does my order ship from?

  • All Molliebird orders are shipping from Sarasota, Florida.

Are taxes and duties included in my international order total?

  • This varies by country, but duties and taxes will be deliberated upon checkout if applicable to the order.

How can I track my order?

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link that will allow you to directly track your shipment. If you cannot locate your shipping confirmation email, please double check your spam folder or contact us by clicking here.

How do I check on my order status?

  • Log in to your Molliebird account. Select order history and select the order in question for up-to-date status information. If you do not have a Molliebird account, please refer to your order confirmation email which has a link to your order status.

My package is lost, what should I do?

  • Please click here to contact us and we will assist with locating your lost package.

How do I use a promo code or gift card?

  • Once you are at the checkout page, you will see a Gift Card or Discount Code field on the right-hand side. Enter your code and hit apply to see the promo code or gift card balance redeemed.

How do I change my account password?

  • If you happen to forget your Molliebird account password, or if you would like to change it, just click the “Forgot your Password?”

What if my promo code or gift card isn't working?

  • Please make sure there are no typos in the code. Check the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is accepted and pertains to the items in your cart. Most promo codes are not applicable to sale items and promotions and are limited to one-time use. If your code is still not working, please click here to contact us.

Do your bathing suits run true to size?

  • Yes! All our swimsuits run true to size. Our sizing chart provides a basic guideline for helping you find your right size. Click here to view our Sizing and Coverage page. If you have questions about a specific styles' coverage and measurements, you can always contact us by clicking here and we can further assist you.

Do you have an ambassador program?

  • Currently, we do not have an ambassador program.

How can I get discounts or promo codes?

  • Click here to create your very own Molliebird account. By signing up you will receive exclusive first access to new collections, sneak peeks & discount offers. All discount and promo codes will be sent to your email and/or phone number provided.
